Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Very helpful: if you put in all the order details.

That includes your order’s number, how many items you ordered, the email you used for the order, and so forth). Be sure to include whether you want an exchange or return, too.

Then, once it arrives here, we’ll shoot you the info on where and how you can send your package for an exchange or return.
If you send the items back to us without doing the steps mentioned above, we may not accept them.

Always: please, please return your item in the same condition you received it. That means in its original packaging and unused.

We don’t have the biggest team of workers here. So, our goal is to streamline the process as much as possible. To that end, the people who will process your exchange or return are the same who answer our customer service emails.

So, after we receive your item for return, we’ll take out the cost of shipping and process the refund. Or, alternatively, should you want an exchange, we’ll send you your new item.

Remember: many banks or credit card companies don’t process and post the refund immediately, so it can take a while.
