Shipping Policy
When will my order arrive?
Everything we make is “to order,” and done entirely by hand. For the most part, we tend to create small batches. As you might imagine, this means that we rarely get things out immediately, so it will most likely take two to three business days to get your order ready to ship out.
That said, “estimated shipping times” start when your order is shipped. From there, they differ dramatically depending on the service and/or carrier you go with. Ground services as well as first-class, for the most part, take up to a week to deliver to the States. Once we ship your package, international first-class services can take up to three weeks to a month.
We’ll get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but, as of this writing, there is still a pandemic. That’s one of the many reasons leading to the delays that carriers are all having to deal with presently. While we will get your order to you as quickly as we can, we can’t control anything from the moment we drop your package off for shipping.

What does it cost to ship?
Over the years, we’ve got rates we negotiated with FedEx as well as USPS. When you check out, the shipping price you’ll get is what it really costs us to ship your package. There’s no hidden fee or anything like that. Indeed, we’ve made the decision to not bury the price of shipping in our products’ price.
Your order’s weight determines the fees for shipping. Through FedEx and USPS, we offer ground, first-class, and expedited shipping options. We recommend that you choose the option that best fits your timeline as well as your budget. That said, we point you back to the prior section, about how long it can take to ship out handcrafted products.
How Does International Shipping Work?
Again, through FedEx and USPS. Your package will be handed off to your local postal system the moment it comes into your country if you go with USPS International Shipping.
Can I Buy Your Products as Gifts?
Absolutely! We’re always glad to be able to provide that special gift that someone is looking for for a special person in their life. We do everything we can to get those packaged and out the door as quickly as possible so that they can be there for your big day, even if it’s a last-minute thing.
